Once the purchase price is paid in full, you will become the legal owner of the Artwork and responsible for the Artwork. Risk of damage or loss will pass to you.

My website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. This online platform allows me to sell my products to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by Mitch Vane Art adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Product Care
Each figurine is hand moulded with porcelain clay and high fired in the Gasworks Park kiln by a professional. They are individually hand painted with acrylic and Porters paint then sealed with Micador matt picture varnish.
Due to the high firing they are fairly resilient, but the small flowers and details on the figurines may chip if they aren't handled with care. So keep your precious shelfies in a safe place where they aren't in danger of knocks and bumps and try to avoid areas with a lot of moisture. Over time this may affect the protective varnish.
I am always happy to arrange for 'touch ups' or repair work wherever possible.
